Red clover (Trifolium pratense)! Red clover is a herbaceous perennial with a dense inflorescence of pink flowers. All of the subspecies of red clover are native to various regions of Europe, but the plant has become naturalized in the Americas (where it is found all over ditches, meadows, and fields), Australia, New Zealand, and New Guinea. Red clover has several agricultural uses as a fodder crop and nitrogen-fixer, and has historically been used for various medical ailments with little scientific evidence.
