We have to learn how to make our mind peaceful

We have to learn how to make our mind peaceful

Few years back when I was waiting at the railway station I saw a lady leaning forward in the tracks looking for train. I was concerned that she shouldn’t fall down on the tracks. Lot of accidents have happened like that.
I told train is a very big thing you will be able to see it when it arrives, as it comes with lot of sound as well.
It seems difficult to wait. You can see at the airport when the flight is late people become so restless. They walk around aimlessly, open their bags multiple times, drink tea multiple times. They keep doing all this. It will make you laugh.
We have not learned how to make our mind peaceful. You can’t blame them. We have never had it in our plans.
