            🌀CHAPTER – 6🌀
     ~ Steadiness In Samadhi ~
                🌀DAY – 46🌀

“स्मृतिपरिशुद्धौ स्वरुपशून्येवाथॅमात्रनिभाॅसा निविॅतकाॅ”
“Smriti parishuddhau swaroopa shoonyaiva artha maatra nirbhaasa nirvitarkaa. “
          
And there is another type of samadhi, when you are not aware of anything. You just know that you are. That is it. This meditation is done with the eyes closed. When your eyes are closed, you just know that you are. But you do not know where you are, what you are or who you are – as though you are not there at all. There is just an aabhas, a feeling that you are nothing more than the feeling that “I am.”
          
Patanjali called this Nirvichara samadhi, Nirvitarka samadhi.
          
The other types of Samadhi are finer and finer aspects of this.
” निविॅचारवैशारदये्ऽध्यात्मप्रसादः “
“Nirvichaara vaishaaradye adhyaatma prasaadah. “
        
More and more experience of the thoughtless state of mind brings अाध्यात्म प्रसादः – grace of the divine in life. Grace of the soul gets manifested in you. अाध्यात्म प्रसादः । There is spiritual awakening and blossoming. You become more and more hollow and empty.
          
निविॅचार वैशारदये् – mastery over hollow and emptiness. निविॅचार means hollow and empty. अाध्यात्म प्रसादः – the grace of the being, the innermost comes forth and blossoms.
” ॠतम्भरा तत्र प्रज्ञा “
          
“Ritambharaa tatra pragyaa. “
          
This awareness comes about with a special knowledge. ॠतम्भरा – intuitive knowledge – the knowledge which is flawless, steady, benevolent and beyond time. ॠतम्भरा – full of truth. ॠतम्भरा तत्र प्रज्ञा – True state of consciousness.
          
And it is different from
” श्रुतानुमानप्रज्ञाभ्यामन्यविषया विशेषाथॅत्वात् “
” Shruta anumana pragyaabhyaam anya vishayaa vishesha arthatvaat. “
        
The knowledge which comes from the depth of the being is different from one which you accquire or which you have heard of or which you can guess through your intellect. श्रुतानुमानप्रज्ञाभ्यामन्यविषया विशेषाथॅत्वात् । It is different, and very special.
