SHIVA SUTRAS 2.2 | There are centers of power in your body. If you concentrate on those centers, then this great, this world is haunting you

*Guru Gyan:* _(Shiv Sutra_2.2)_ शक्तिचक्रसन्धाने विश्वसंहारः। तुम्हारे शरीर में शक्ति के केंद्र है। तुम उन केंद्रोंपर ध्यान लगाओगे तो यह प्रपंच, यह दुनिया तुमको सता रही है, वह दूर हो जाएगा। दुनिया की बाते, छोटी चीजे और सुख की लालसा हमे सताती है। इस दुःख से मुक्ति पाने के लिए हमारे शरीर मे जो शक्ति के प्रमुख 7 केंद्र है, उनपर ध्यान लगाओ। हमारा शरीर एक नगरी है। मूलाधार चक्र में चैतन्य शक्ति जड़ता या उत्साह के रूप में प्रकट होती है। वही शक्ति स्वाधिष्ठान चक्र में कामवासना या सृजनात्मक के रूप में प्रकट होती है। Shiv Sutra_2.2_ Shaktichakrasandhaane vishvasanhaarah. There are centers of power in your body. If you concentrate on those centers, then this great, this world is haunting you, it will go away. The desire of the world, small things and happiness haunts us. To get rid of this misery, pay attention to the major 7 centers of power in our body. Our body is a city. Chaitanya Shakti manifests in the form of inertia or enthusiasm in the Muladhara Chakra. The same power manifests in the Swadhisthana Chakra as sex or creativity.
