Medicinal uses –
🍁 The root is used as sweet, cooling, stimulant, restorative, astringent.
🍁 It is useful in dysentery, influenza, burning sensation, menorrhagia 
🍁 Bark is mucilaginous, demulcent, emetic, & tonic. 
🍁 Flowers are astringent and good for skin troubles and hemorrhoids. 
🍁 Seeds are useful in treating gonorrhea and chronic cystitis.
