Drinking apple juice prevents Alzheimer’s Disease.
Since it is rich in fibre it reduces cholesterol.
The phenolic compounds of apple helps to reduce the risk of coronary heart diseases.
Prevents the formation of gall stones.
Helpful in both constipation and diarrhoea.
Apple with skin contain a rich antioxidant called quercetin that prolongs aging. 
Always eat apples with skin.
