REMEDIES FOR DARK CIRCLES UNDER THE EYES

– Cucumber juice, potato juice or almond paste application.
– Cold (used) tea bags application over eyes everyday for 15 minutes.
– Practising yoga and pranayama to gradually increase blood circulation around the eyes.
– Keeping oneself well-hydrated by drinking at least 10 glasses of water everyday in addition to moisturising the skin externally.
– Maintaining good iron levels in the blood. Anaemia often manifests in the form of paleness, dark circles, fatigue and more.
– Maintaining time and sleep quality. Troubled sleep, stress, even a bad mattress can add to the woes.
