In Ayurveda, Budh (Mercury) is considered to be an important metal that has medicinal properties and is used in various Ayurvedic preparations. Mercury has been used in Ayurveda for centuries and is believed to possess strong therapeutic properties.

Mercury is used in Ayurveda for its ability to balance and harmonize the three doshas – Vata, Pitta, and Kapha. It is believed to improve mental clarity, memory, and concentration, and is used in the treatment of several neurological disorders, including anxiety, depression, and insomnia.
Mercury is also believed to have a rejuvenating effect on the body and is used in the preparation of Rasayanas, which are Ayurvedic rejuvenating formulas. Additionally, it is used in the treatment of skin diseases, respiratory disorders, and digestive problems.
However, it is important to note that the use of Mercury in Ayurveda is highly regulated, and should only be used under the guidance of a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner. Warning : Improper use of Mercury can lead to serious health problems, including mercury poisoning
