☘️When ripe and in warm weather, the flower capsule will burst & expose the cotton surrounding the seeds firmly.
🌸Externally, the leaves are used to treat thrush, scalds, bruises and sores
🌸The cotton fibres consist of nearly pure cellulose.
🌸The oil obtained from the seed used in salads and cooking oil.
