In Ayurveda, Mayurasana is considered a balancing pose for Vata and Pitta doshas, promoting digestive health and overall well-being. However, it’s essential to practice this pose responsibly and with proper guidance to avoid any potential harm or exacerbation of existing conditions. Consult an Ayurvedic doctor or Yoga professional for personalized guidance.
